What we collect and why
The request form collects your name, Australian mobile number, requested treatment, preferred date and time, and any optional notes. We use this information to review and respond to your request, arrange your appointment and send related SMS. Please do not enter medical histories or sensitive health details in the public form.
Where your request goes
Requests are sent over HTTPS to VSKIN’s separate clinic application for authorised staff to review. Staff may match the request to an existing client or create a client record. The public website does not provide access to clinic records. Submitting a request does not authorise unrelated marketing.
Service providers and security
Website hosting, the clinic application, spam verification and SMS delivery involve service providers. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical information to help prevent spam. The contact page embeds Google Maps, which may receive your IP address and use its own cookies or similar technologies. External social-media sites apply their own privacy policies. This version includes no additional analytics or advertising trackers.
Information may be processed outside Australia. Provider locations, retention periods and the clinic’s full processing arrangements must be confirmed before this draft becomes the final policy. Access should be limited to authorised staff and service providers who need it for their work.

Applicable privacy requirements
VSKIN’s handling of personal and health information should reflect the Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles where applicable, and applicable Victorian health-information requirements. This draft needs a final review against the clinic’s actual operations before public launch.
